Machine learning (ML) and artificial intelligence are part of our daily life, through our emails, social media, streaming services, and many other applications. More recently starts to play an important role in healthcare, i.e., on identifying diseases and diagnosis, imaging diagnosis, drug discovery, personalized medicine, and so on. Although it is important to understand the principles of machine learning in order to make good use of it, it is also important to discuss the limitations and problems of this technology. In this workshop you will learn the fundaments of machine learning and discuss limits and risks of ML.
